Shipping and Returns

 

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be processed right away! If the item you are buying is on pre-order it will ship on a pre-determined launch day. Orders will be processed Monday-Friday. If you made a purchase on a holiday or a weekend it will be processed the following business day!  Personalized/custom orders may take a few more days to process.  You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been processed!

Do you offer international shipping? 

As of this moment we do not offer international shipping, but hopefully in the future! Please keep checking back!

What is your return policy? 

Due to limited stock- candles that have been burned/used cannot be returned or exchanged.  Personalized candles cannot be returned or exchanged.  If the candle has not been lit or used it can be returned or exchanged (for another scent) within 14 days of purchase.  Other items can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as there hasn't been any use or damage.  If by chance your products are damaged during shipment (nooooo!) we have no problem replacing or refunding your item!  Photographic proof of damage must be sent via email to mybestfriendwinnie@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
